Cookies and external services
Version dated 28 October 2026. This page describes cookies and similar technologies on the Kolibree-Tech S.r.l.s. website. Cookies are information stored by your browser: some support website operation and requested preferences; others accompany external services you can choose to enable.
1. Necessary cookies and preferences
The website uses Complianz to remember consent choices and Polylang for language. Cookies prefixed cmplz_ store accepted or rejected categories and services, policy version and banner status; the current configuration sets 365 days. pll_language remembers the selected language, with a default lifetime of one year. These are not advertising cookies. A cookie named cmplz_marketing records a choice and does not, by itself, mean advertising is active.
2. Form protection with Google reCAPTCHA
Google reCAPTCHA evaluates technical and interaction signals to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse and spam. It may process IP addresses, browser/device characteristics and interaction data, and use the _GRECAPTCHA cookie and similar technologies. The website blocks the service before consent and after withdrawal. The control beside the form lets you allow this service; you can alternatively contact us by email. Google cookie lifetimes depend on the provider’s settings and can be inspected in your browser; Kolibree-Tech does not set or change them. 3. Restricted access and form tools
WordPress may use wordpress_test_cookie and wordpress_* authentication cookies for administrator access only, lasting for the session or the selected login option. This showcase website offers no visitor account area. WPForms manages the form; its visitor UUID cookie is not enabled in the configuration reviewed. Cookies from previous configurations may remain in your browser until expiry or deletion and do not necessarily indicate an active service.
4. Analytics and newsletter
No newsletter platform or CRM is connected. Newsletter consent concerns email communications and does not authorise advertising cookies or browsing profiles. This page and consent controls will be updated before new services are introduced.
5. Choosing, rejecting or withdrawing
You can accept or reject optional services through the banner or select your preferences. Closing the banner or continuing to browse does not give consent. You can change your choices at any time through Manage consent or the controls below. Refusal does not prevent browsing; the form requires reCAPTCHA protection, with email available as an alternative. Withdrawal blocks subsequent loading but does not automatically erase cookies already set on third-party domains: remove them using your browser settings.

Presentation download preferences
The optional klr_doc_geo cookie records the location-estimation consent preference for this browser, lasts 24 hours, is HttpOnly and Secure on HTTPS, and is not set unless you select the optional choice. It is used only to respect that choice for document accesses, not for advertising or cross-site tracking. Withdraw it using the location-consent withdrawal button in the privacy policy. The PDF remains available without location consent. Google reCAPTCHA service consent is separate.
